Substrates

New or renovated substrates, either unpainted or painted: Gypsum plaster, plaster tiles, plasterboards Old painted surfaces Cement, concrete, cellular concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones.

Overcoating

Any conventional paint or wall paper. Any TOUPRET filler. Do not overcoat with polyurethane or solvent-based epoxy paints
